Tanya has more than 15 years of experience across financial services, SaaS, and technology, bringing extensive expertise in strategic finance, transformation, and scaling high-growth businesses. Before joining Future Anthem, she was Finance Director at Credit Benchmark, where she led financial operations and process optimisation for a global B2B data analytics company. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at EY, AxiomSL, and Sun Life Financial, specialising in IFRS, technical accounting, and financial transformation across complex international markets.
Outside of work, Tanya enjoys travelling, running marathons, and spending time with her family.
