Use Audience Identifier to easily create your own audiences in real-time
At minimum, transactional betting and gaming data in batch is needed. However real-time data is recommended, as it ensures audiences are generated with the most current player information.
Dynamic Audiences is designed for real-time responsiveness and gambling specific event logic, which traditional CRM segments don't typically support. Your existing custom audiences can be uploaded into the On-Demand Audiences interface to further refine targeting, and you can also apply your own audiences within Personalised Stories if desired.
You can run campaigns across three main modes: Real-Time Triggers (example campaigns include re-engagement with upsell after bet settlement); On-Demand Audiences (create up-to-date audiences in real-time to react to live events); and Personalised Stories (example campaigns include monthly or tournament wrap-ups).
Dynamic Audiences is designed to operate in real-time, with player data updated to the second and audiences generated instantly, a key differentiator from batch-based systems that can take hours or days. Whilst real-time data is recommended, batch data can also be used, with the trade-off that audiences will only be as current as the most recent batch received.
