His focus is on building the operational foundations that enable Anthem to deliver its mission of real-time personalisation — helping operators and studios achieve measurable growth, improved efficiency, and better player experiences.
Jean-Luc has more than 25 years of experience in gaming, technology, and leadership, building high-performing teams and driving growth across global markets. He has held senior executive roles at leading organisations including Microgaming, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer, and Fast Track, where he led global operations and expansion into the Americas — establishing its US base and first strategic partnerships. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and Member of the Institute of Directors, he brings deep expertise in operational strategy, SaaS, and scaling businesses for sustainable growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys family, fitness, and hopes one day to sail around the world.
