The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for driving strategic collaborations and fostering key relationships to enhance business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen, capable of identifying, securing, and managing partnerships that align with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Amplifier AI partnerships strategy and programme to drive business growth and market expansion. 
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish high-value strategic partnerships that align with the company's objectives. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, industry influencers, and key clients. 
  • Lead partnership commercial agreements, ensuring beneficial terms for both parties. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and operations) to leverage partnerships for business success. 
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for strategic alliances. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and partnerships. 
  • Develop innovative joint ventures, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. 

 

Person Specification 

Essential Skills & Experience: 

  • Proven experience in a senior partnership, business development, or strategic alliances role, ideally within the gambling industry 
  • Strong track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-profile partnerships. 
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Commercially astute with a deep understanding of business growth strategies. 
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience in contract structuring. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to maximize partnership impact. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting on partnership success. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

Desirable Skills & Experience: 

  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment. 
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of partnership agreements.
