Senior Sales 

We’re hiring a Senior Sales leader to accelerate Future Anthem’s commercial growth.

This role plays a critical part in driving new business across enterprise and tier-1 gaming operators, owning the end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification through to deal close. You’ll combine strong commercial instincts with an ability to understand and articulate technology-driven value, building trusted relationships and guiding complex, consultative sales cycles to successful outcomes.

Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborating across Account Management, Product and Marketing, you’ll ensure Future Anthem’s solutions are clearly positioned, commercially compelling and consistently deliver real business impact.

What You’ll Do  

Sales Development & Relationship Leadership

  • Identify, develop and secure new sales opportunities across enterprise and tier-1 gaming operators
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision makers across commercial and technical teams
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitive dynamics

Deal Management & Revenue Delivery

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting, tracking performance against targets and KPIs

Client Solution Articulation

  • Translate complex player engagement and technology capabilities into clear, compelling commercial value propositions
  • Lead discovery sessions, needs analysis, demos and workshops tailored to specific customer use cases
  • Leverage internal technical expertise where needed to design and present bespoke solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Management to ensure smooth client handover and long-term customer success
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure accurate positioning and alignment between customer needs and solutions
  • Represent Future Anthem at industry events and contribute to thought leadership across the gaming and AI ecosystem

You’ll Bring  

  • 5+ years’ experience in senior enterprise B2B SaaS or technology-led sales roles
  • Proven success selling high-value, consultative solutions to large enterprises
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and senior-level negotiations
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
  • Experience in gaming, gambling, AI or regulated industries is highly desirable
