Role

HR Manager

At Future Anthem, people are the priority. We believe that when our team feels supported, informed and empowered, everything else follows.

We’re hiring an HR Manager to help bring this belief to life, day to day. This role is the owner of how people experience working at Future Anthem — from joining the company, to growing with us, to how they feel supported in between.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to create the conditions for great work: clear processes, thoughtful people practices, and a well-run working environment. You’ll balance empathy with pragmatism, and care deeply about getting the details right, because you understand that small things make a big difference to how people feel at work.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the team, values trust and discretion, and wants to have a visible, meaningful impact on a growing company.
