What You’ll Do  

Strategic & Commercial Leadership  

  • Lead the vision and day-to-day management of Account Management across Future Anthem
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion with a clear commercial mindset 
  • Represent the voice of the customer across the organisation  

 

Customer Growth & Partnership  

  • Own a portfolio of senior-level relationships with key global operators 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers realise value from Future Anthem’s products and services 
  • Lead business reviews, collaboration workshops, and other customer engagements that highlight achievements and explore future opportunities  

 

Team Development  

  • Lead, coach, and scale a growing Account Management team 
  • Set the tone for excellence, curiosity, and customer-first thinking  

 

Operational Excellence  

  • Oversee long-term customer health, forecasting, performance, and growth 
  • Champion continuous improvement across all customer touchpoints 
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Product, and Marketing to enrich every customer experience 

 

About You  

You’re a customer-obsessed, commercially driven leader who knows how to build trust, inspire teams, and deliver results. You’re energised by fast-moving environments and understand how to translate AI and data into real customer value.  

 

You’ll Bring  

  • 3–5 years in relevant leadership roles 
  • 3+ years’ experience in iGaming
  • Experience building and scaling customer-facing teams 
  • SaaS, AI, or data-driven product experience 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and senior-stakeholder skills 
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments 
  • Willingness to travel as needed
