About the Role

As a senior marketing executive, you will manage the communications and lead generation strategies for the business. You will be a part of the wider commercial team which encompasses marketing, product marketing, sales, and customer success. 

Creativity and a flair for marketing excellence are vital, alongside a highly analytical, organised, methodical and target-focussed approach. Plus, the ability to successfully manage several campaigns at any one time whilst keeping cool under pressure. 

This is an ideal role for an ambitious marketing executive who is ready to take the next step in their career. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Creation and execution of high-performing, cost-effective, omnichannel B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strategy planning with senior leadership
  • Setting and managing marketing budgets
  • Event planning and execution
  • Campaign management
  • Management of Hubspot
  • Digitial Strategy across social, Email & nurtureSingle point of contact for external marketing agencies

About You

 

Essential
  • Demonstrable experience driving growth and engagement for B2B tech brands
  • Ability to collaborate and develop strong working relationships
  • Proven track record of creating and developing insight-led marketing campaigns
  • Highly organised and target driven
  • Social media evangelist with a passion for creating a social-first enterprise
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A natural leader who leads by example
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role 

Desirable 

  • Known for your storytelling, creativity, and innovative thinking
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Understanding of paid social
  • An interest in emerging social trends, platforms, and technologies
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask
  • It would be ideal if you come from a Gaming background, but more important to have an interest in technology 

Location: London, typically 3 days per week in the office

Type: Permanent/FTE

Hours: 9 am – 6pm Monday – Friday with one hour for lunch (40 hours per week)
