Product Manager - Casino 

As the Casino expert within Future Anthem, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a casino product roadmap that enables our clients to personalise their players' experiences.

About the Role

This key role will be at the centre of delivering our aim of being the must-have growth ingredient within the online gaming industry. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and working directly with a development team of Data Scientists and Engineers, you will be responsible for our products end-to-end delivery and improvement. In addition, you will work closely with the Anthem leadership team and directly with customers to gather product requirements and turn them into market-leading and innovative propositions.

What You’ll Do 

  • Ownership and delivery of the Casino product roadmap for US and European customers
  • Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape the casino product roadmap
  • Work directly with a development team to define and prioritise development efforts.
  • Accountable for the Product Backlog, ensuring that the Dev team(s) are working on clear and prioritised user stories
  • Work with the Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure that the Scrum Process is followed, enabling the Dev Teams to deliver value efficiently and effectively
  • Support the rollout of products to live with new customers
  • Support Sales teams in pitches 
    Support the Account Management team in ensuring existing customers are getting value from our products
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure each product's value is effectively communicated.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and improve product propositions and build investment cases to turn ideas into products.
  • Acts as an ambassador and evangelist for Anthem products in gaming media and social

About You 

  • Industry experience with a demonstrable understanding of Casino betting player behaviours
  • Deep Casino player knowledge across operators, studios, slots, live dealer etc
  • Experience working with SCRUM development teams
  • A clear understanding of the Product responsibilities within a SCRUM development team
  • Good technical understanding of how casinos and associated systems work together (e.g., bonus systems)
  • Comfortable presenting to clients 
  • Excited by a start-up-type approach & happy to 'roll your sleeves up.'
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High energy with a positive mindset
  • Has the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Attributes

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Background in data, Saas and/or AI is preferred

Type: Permanent/ FTE and contracted options available

Location: London, typically 2/3 days per week in office

Hours: 9 am – 6pm Monday – Friday with one hour for lunch (40 hours per week)
