About the role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the purpose of the role will be to become a trusted partner for our clients. You will ensure that our clients always see the value that Future Anthem provides to them now and how they can grow with us in the future. You will be a key member of the Future Anthem team helping to define and grow an inclusive and fun culture.

What you'll do

  • Be responsible for managing key client relationships through regular meetings and conversations with key stakeholders
  • Be accountable for retaining and growing revenue within key accounts with quarterly targets
  • Build and manage account management plans for revenue growth
  • Work closely with product to provide key contributions to the product development roadmap based on direct customer feedback
  • Work closely with marketing to target marketing activities at key decision makers
  • Work closely with Sales to facilitate on-sell opportunities
  • Build a pipeline of new sales opportunities within existing clients by upselling and cross selling across our product portfolio

About you

  • You have proven experience working within customer facing roles and growing revenue (some of which is in the Gambling sector)
  • You thrive working in a high pace environment
  • You are motivated to seize opportunities for personal and commercial growth
  • You have demonstrable experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • You have a high level of commercial acumen
  • You have strong active listening skills and use to understand customer needs
  • You have high levels of self-motivation
  • You are professional, confident, and diligent
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have sound interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with others

This role will be based in London, working for 3 days per week in the office.
