Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Product Officer is an integral part of the executive leadership team who collaborates closely with peers, team, and customers to deliver upon Future Anthem’s goals and vision of using AI & data to improve player experiences, in real time where possible.

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will be responsible for the product vision and strategy with focus on Future Anthem’s product suite in Gaming and Sports. Collaborating with other members of the leadership team, the CPO will set the direction of, and manage, a validated product roadmap strategy with the goal of delivering market leading solutions. Working closely with the leadership team, data scientists, sales, customer success and marketing, the CPO ensures product milestones, launch plans and customer satisfaction across all products.
Using machine learning on anonymised transactional data, Future Anthem is establishing itself as the market-leader on Sports & Casino Acquisition, Retention, Customer Experience & Performance & Optimisation The CPO is at the heart of this vision, not just helping the business cement its leadership position, but also acting as an accelerator to drive business growth with new data products and solutions that are not yet in market that have the potential to be market disruptive and lucrative as subscription products.
Within the business, the CPO acts like a leading light and mentor, working closely with the product team to ensure that Future Anthem's data products resonate with the market, driving real time actions that improve the experience for everyone and most notably delights the players themselves. The CPO will partner with the sales team to help drive new customer sales, the customer success team to ensure adoption and client engagement as well as with the marketing team in positioning of products for launch and branding.
Outside of the business, they perform the role of brand ambassador, networking amongst stakeholders, extolling the virtues of Anthem’s data products and solutions. They regularly appear on panels and are recognised as an industry leader with respect to Future Anthem products, building the Anthem brand as a thought leader, innovator, and positive disruptor.
Own the product development, coordinating commercial and market requirements including but not limited to: Product definitions ; Product pricing ; Product branding and go to market ; Product roadmaps, vision & strategy ; Product research and innovation
Develop and build a high-performing team of Product Specialists who are domain leaders in their own discipline
Act as “the voice of the “user” with respect to all Future Anthem products and services, which may include customer interviews and research.
Lead product Thought Leadership and be the foremost product thinker at Future Anthem, across the latest developments, trends and partake in industry tradeshows, interviews, and events to position Future Anthem as the market leader in our product areas
Strive to ensure that Future Anthem’s products have the greatest of all possible ROIs, delivering appropriately sized launches and where needed utilising the full spectrum of capabilities and strengths that Future Anthem has at its disposal, including marketing and sales
