About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expanding delivery function in a business which is disrupting the industry. You will report to the Principle Agile Delivery Lead, joining a team that is responsible for process design and agile leadership, working hands-on with data and product teams.

What you'll do

  • Work with the Product Managers to manage the Agile software delivery process, ensuring successful feature delivery
  • Work with data scientists and data engineers to ensure the smooth operation of the Agile software delivery process.
  • Identify and address delivery risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work with the product manager to ensure the product roadmaps are up to date, and help to surface prioritisation and resourcing decisions across roadmaps.
  • Work within a DataOps framework

About You 

  • Experience in a software/project/programme delivery role, with a focus on Agile software delivery methodologies (candidates with transferable skills from other areas will also be considered)
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies, including KANBAN and Scrum, and experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or other similar tools for Agile project management.
  • Understanding of the entire SDLC, including testing and quality assurance.
  • You are comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity and can demonstrate the ability to change and adapt as our business scales.
  • You have good verbal & written communication and presentation skills, with a well-structured and analytical approach.
  • You are highly commercially aware, particularly in prioritising tim.

Location: London or within reasonable travel distance.
