About the Role

This role is at the heart of our vision, not just helping the business cement its leadership position, but also acting as an accelerator to drive business growth with new data products and solutions that are disruptive and lucrative as subscription products. 

Within the business, the Senior Product Manager acts like a leading light and mentor, working closely with the team to ensure that Future Anthem's data products resonate with the market, driving real time actions that improve the experience for everyone and most notably delights the players themselves.   

You will be responsible for delivering the product vision and strategy with focus on the design, product definition, creation, and delivery of Future Anthem’s product suite.

Working closely with leadership team and peers across the business, you will manage the validated product roadmap with the goal of ensuring product milestones, launch plans and customer satisfaction across all products. 

Within the business, you will ensure that Future Anthem's data products resonate with the market, driving real time actions that improve the experience for everyone and - most notably - delights the players themselves.  You will partner with the sales team to help drive new customer sales and client engagement as well as with the marketing team in positioning of products for launch and branding. 

Outside of the business, you should take a brand ambassadorial role, gathering views on the market positioning and resonance of our products within the market.   

This is a key role to deliver upon Future Anthem’s goals and vision and would suit someone ambitious and keen to grow their career in a product led cutting edge environment. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Iterate and articulate the Product vision across Future Anthem, working with internal and external stakeholders to communicate how and why it delivers market leadership and customer value.  
  • Coordinate commercial and market requirements including: Product definitions; pricing; branding and go to market strategies. 
  • Development of clear product roadmaps, vision & strategy 
  • Product research and innovation, including competitors and customers. 
  • Act as “the voice of the buyer” with respect to all Future Anthem products and services, which may include customer interviews and research. 
  • Support and develop product thought- leadership and be the foremost product thinker at Future Anthem, across the latest developments, trends and partake in industry tradeshows, interviews, and events to position Future Anthem as the market leader in our product areas. 
  • Articulate the value proposition of each product in a clear and simple way. 
  • Deliver product launches which deliver maximum and measurable ROI.  
  • Deliver products which drive associated growth with our clients and their players. 
  • Ensure that our products are high quality, easy-to-use and reliable.  
  • Consistently review product performance, customer feedback and market trends to improve on Future Anthem’s product offering. 
  • Act as an ambassador for Future Anthem's products towards customers: increasing education and awareness of our products and the value they provide our clients and experience to their players.  
  • Support the CDO in driving the product development process to ensure that Anthem product roadmaps and associated backlogs are clear, prioritised, tracked, and reported. 
  • Innovate new Future Anthem data products. 
  • Research and recommend supporting partnerships and associated service lines to maximise and enhance our products and their reach. 

About You 

  • Experience of end-to-end product development and launch in a SaaS environment. 
  • Experience of developing products with a commercial ‘hat on’: from market research and analysis to identifying value in products. 
  • Commercially astute as well as technologically savvy: able to translate business and customer requirements to technical teams and vice versa. 
  • Demonstrable experience of creating product visions that are easily articulated and shared amongst teams and customers. 
  • Experienced in using product management/roadmap software 
  • Affinity to data and the power to leverage its power to create great customer experiences.
  • High energy that thrives on accomplishments within a dynamic team 
  • Have an affinity with our company values. 
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong evaluation skills coupled with commercial acumen. 
  • Most importantly the energy and motivation to be part of a scale-up business and be part of delivering a Product-led culture. 

Location: London or within reasonable travel distance, typically 1-2 days per week in office (Currently fully remote due to Covid).

Type: Permanent, 30 - 40 hours per week.
