About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a collaborative and curious graduate.

We are looking for those who have studied or have experience in any of the following — product development, product management, marketing, or communications.

As part of the programme, you will have the opportunity to get practical, autonomous experience in product: management, launch, marketing and project management.

You will be part of an expanding team for a growing start-up with a compelling product offering in the online gambling sector.

You will work on:

  • Product development: developing desirable products that delight our customers and help to improve the player experience for everyone
  • Business processes: start-ups like Future Anthem have and need the best processes and structures to scale effectively
  • Marketing and branding: taking complex products and refining them down into language that works for the market, while conveying our values
  • Product release and launch: working with our technical team to release new features with our customers
  • Customer training: onboarding and building great experiences and content for our customers

About You

  • You can convey complex ideas in a relatable manner (instant messaging, emails, video calls and in person)
  • You understand the importance of branding and all customer touchpoints
  • You have a strong intuition but lead and learn with data
  • You have the self-confidence to lead meetings, run projects and take the initiative
  • You work well in teams and view all moments as learning opportunities
  • You are well organised, diligent and proactive
  • You think logically and understand how to go about solving difficult problems

Technology you may have used

We do not require any of the following specifically, but you need to be very comfortable with new technologies:

  • Jira
  • Airtable
  • HubSpot
  • Figma
  • Microsoft suite

Location: London based (or within reasonable travel distance), we typically meet for 1 day a week in our Central London office.

Type: Fixed Term for a 3 month period starting in either April, May or June.

Working Hours: 20- 40 hours per week (depending on availability)

Intern allowance: £1,250 per month
